Worked through a difficult route

My customer service rep, Rodney, did a fantastic job. He provided several updates, as well as, returning phone calls promptly if I actually had questions.

I wanted my personal vehicle shipped from El Paso, Texas to Providence, Rhode Island. Rodney tried for over two weeks to get a carrier to move take my car along that route, only suggesting for me to up my bid when he had exhausted his resources. Even though we did not get a carrier to move my car all the way to RI, Rodney was able to find a driver to carry car as far as he could (Washington, DC), which was a stop-over for us on our trip to RI.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my service, and they did a far better job than the last auto transport company I went through.
