good, but wish I was told it was possible to miss first pickup day

Service with safe-direct was good, I wish I knew it would be a few days after the first pickup day before my car would get picked up, as I was on a tight schedule. It all worked out though, I had to spend a little bit more money than the original quote to get a carrier to get the car on time though, which was pretty annoying.

Thanks for your feedback Evan! You bring up a good point about timing estimates: there isn't always everyday availability no matter how much notice you give us, so it's realistic to allow a window of a few days for pick-up availability.
