I have used Safe Direct in the past for shipping a vehicle across the country. Jason is helpful and attentive, which is partly why we chose Safe Direct for shipping two vehicles from Connecticut to California. The driver of the truck was on time for both pick-up and delivery. Our vehicles arrived in working condition. My vehicle, which was 3 weeks old, had a minor scratch on the hood. I showed it to the driver who claimed that it was just dirt. After a couple of car washes the scratch is still there but hardly visible to the naked eye. If I had to ship a new car again it would be with an enclosed truck. Otherwise, I would recommend Safe Direct for your car shipping needs.
