I was very happy about the time they maintained in picking up the car, I booked on Friday around 11.30am (EST) and my car was picked up by 5 pm (PST) on the same day. I am very happy with the service provided by Safe Direct but the driver was not very good at communicating with the customers, so I would suggest to get in contact with the customer service department of Oxine travels (truck company). I would surely refer Safe Direct to anyone as they are cheap (when compared to others) and trustworthy.
