Safe-Car Direct and Nationwide Shipping

Safe-Car Direct was prompt and informative with their communication, booking and follow-up throughout the process. I booked with Nationwide Shipping to move from Pennsylvania to California. The pick-up was delayed for a couple days due to repairs being done on their truck and fortunately, my schedule was flexible to accommodate this. Also, they drove my car 80 miles to the loading point which was at my expense for gas and mileage. In the end it did not affect the estimated delivery date. I was satisfied with the transport of my vehicle with the exception that there was a small dent on one of the passenger doors upon delivery which I chose not to pursue in a claim. Additionally, the driver wanted to rush me at delivery which was done late at night and he kept assuring me that the car was in the exact same condition as pick-up. My recommendation is to take all of the time you need and very carefully inspect your vehicle before paying the driver anything. The driver did give me a sufficient flashlight to inspect my vehicle but if he had not had one, I would not have been able to adequately see the condition of my vehicle.

Thanks for your feedback, Allison. You bring up a very good point to be sure to take the time to inspect your vehicle on delivery - even if it's dark. Sorry to hear about the ding, but you are right that it's always best to discover condition issues on delivery so it is documented if you wish to pursue a claim.
