I had to urgently shift my Audi A4 Convertible across the country from Florida to the Bay Area, California since the total distance is over 3000 miles and I didn't have the time to drive it myself.
Amanda was my contact and she was always polite and helped me out through the entire process since I had never shipped a car before.

I gave them just a 3-day window for pickup and about a week to 10 days for delivery. She realized the significance of the short pickup window (since I had a flight to catch) and assigned a carrier and ensured it was picked up on the 3rd day.
They guarantee 3-day pickup but it's always better to give a larger window.

I expected to get the car in a week but surprisingly I received it in about 72 hours (3 days).
It was extremely dirty but otherwise the car was undamaged (there was a minuscule scratch on a door but it's inconspicuous so I let that slide). All my items in the trunk and the backseat were there and the car had not been driven.
My only hassle was having to scramble on a weekend for the cash I had to pay on delivery - ATMs don't allow upwards $500 on one day. Initial deposit is made online once carrier is assigned. Only then car is picked up. But final payment must be done in cash.
