I am so sorry the driver's communication style was not helpful. Unfortunately drivers can't always accurately predict arrival times and sometimes give a wide window for an estimate. You bring up a really good point to future shippers: it is realistic to plan to be on-call for carrier arrival, or have a friend as a back-up. So sorry you were inconvenienced by the nature of the service.
