I needed to move my vehicle from California to Illinois. I have previously shipped two cars from different companies and both times I ended up having horrible service and rude drivers. I read many reviews on companies and ended up going with a "major" one. Spoke to their rep which of course was only interested in the deposit and not really in the client. Ended up canceling my at the time not even scheduled pick up with them. I filled out the info sheet on Safe-Direct's web site and i was immediately contacted by Jason the very next day to actually tell me that they have found a carrier for my vehicle in as little as 24 hrs! I was amazed! Finally someone who did THEIR job! Went online (super convenient) to confirm my order and pay for my deposit and the company that was going to take care of my car was Eagle Auto Transport. They were a little late with my pick up date but delivered my car in 4 days which was even 2 days before i even expected my car to arrive even with the original pick up date! Thank you Jason for the great great customer service and follow up. Ill definitely be using both companies in the future and will recommend anyone not to waste their time looking around-just go with Safe-Direct-you won't get better service. Thank you for the smooth and stress free transaction!
