Pretend to be professional, actually very bad

One sentence about their service: they made the impression to you that they are professional, honest and hard working, actually they did nothing instead of sending emails and try to get more money from you at the last minute after they got your order.

More details:
I chose Safe-Direct for my car shipment because they got the number 1 spot in the review although their quote was one of the highest I got. I placed my order about two weeks before my first available day. Then, I got email every some day, which seemed to be professional and good. Three days before my first available day, I called David twice but I was only able to leave a voice message. Later, he called back and the first sentence was "What can I do for you?" I am surprised. What did he mean what he could do for me!!! Then, he told me that nothing was moving and said that I should raise my money or drive to a city 100 miles away for pickup and 100 miles for delivery, which was insane. I asked what was his suggestion, and he said keep raising my money until carriers were committed. Then I said if possible, I want to cancel my order and he said no problem, which was the only thing that I was satisfied with them.

Later, I called another broker, got confirmed for a carrier the next morning and got my car picked up a day after.

Our apologies. We did quote a higher price up-front and also recommended a different pick-up location for a better price but we were asked to try for the lower price for the less-served city. When that offer did not confirm a driver in the preferred time frame, we recommended our original suggestions. Instead you preferred to cancel free of charge. You didn't mention how much you paid the next guys, but I would guess it was at least as high as our original quote.
