Initially, I was going to go with another company. Their quote was approximately $225.00 cheaper. Before booking with them - I read their reviews. They were highly mixed. Bad things happen but there were far too many poor reviews for me to feel comfortable using their services. Safe-Direct had lots of great reviews. I called and spoke to David. The process was seamless just as he explained it would be. My driver was also FANTASTIC. Great communication and everything took place as promised. I would highly recommend Safe-Direct and would definitely use them again.
