Great customer service

This is my second time shipping a car across the country (although first time was not with Safe-Direct). I was surprised at the level of customer service I received; the first company I used had no where near this level of service. Tom was always checking in and giving me updates while we waited for a carrier and then once the car was picked up. Also, I was very happy with the ability to accept or reject the carriers, instead of just being assigned to an unknown.

I thought it was a little weird the car arrived at its destination on a one-car flatbed trailer, but it got there in one piece, so that's what matters! Also, that reflects more on the carrier (Imperial) than Safe-Direct.

I will use Safe-Direct again for the next time I need to ship a car.
