From the moment I placed the order with Brian, the process was easy and very clear. The details were promptly supplied. The contact with the carrier was very good, they kept us informed and when I left a message they got back to me within a few minutes. We shipped an Audi Convertible from NJ to TX. The Audi was placed on top of the carrier as requested. We looked a companies like U-Ship but it seems that you are really taking more of a chance with them from what we have read. On top of the very good service the Audi arrived earlier than expected and was free of any damage. The driver was very helpful and and you could tell by the way he drove the Audi off the carrier that he was professional. The trailer was neat, tidy and clean, everything in the right place.
