David responded immediately to our inquiry. He was very knowledgeable, low pressure, and explained the process thoroughly. A major item of trust was that we were not required to provide credit card information beforehand (as did another company we were considering), only when a carrier match for our bid ($1475) was found. We were matched the same day, and the car was picked up the following day, less than 24 hrs after we had begun the process. The truck driver John was professional and courteous; we felt the car was in good hands. My son received a call 1 day earlier than the estimated delivery date; he was ready with a certified check for the balance when the car was delivered to his house. His end of the transaction went very smoothly and he was very pleased with the service. Our whole experience was excellent and we would highly recommend this company.
