Chris was very easy to work with. Actually another company was recommended to us but we couldn't get them to respond so we called Chris and he was ready to help. The transport people were ready to pick the car up but we were out to dinner but they patiently waited to pick up the car. The car was delivered without any damage. The only problem was it was delivered a little late. They said that they would meet my son at a particular time and he waited around but they didn't come. They were several hours late. It wasn't a big problem but my son had to leave work. He should have taken the whole day off but had not scheduled it. He is in the military but fortunately his boss was out of town and he was in charge. All in all we were pleased.
