I was satisfied with the work of Safe-Direct. The only problem I felt was that in the beginning it was not fully explained to me that if a carrier was not available, or did not meet Safe Direct's requirements on the date I had specified for pick up I would have to wait until a carrier did become avaiable. If this had been explained from the beginning I would not have stressed so much when my pick up date came and went. I told this to Chris and he did apologize to me for not fully explaining the way this whole process of moving cars from one state to another works.
