Unfortunately there were issues with the dealership I purchased the car from in Florida. Jason from Safe Direct contacted the dealership on my behalf and worked to resolve the issue. Jason stayed in contact with us and assured a positive experience. The Trucking company that took the job was Iron Lion Trucking Corp. Their dispatch was friendly courteous, and kept us informed of the vehicles estimated time of arrival. The truck driver, Juan was careful, friendly and very experienced. Thanks to the teamwork of everyone we had a very positive experience and won't hesitate to use Safe-Direct again in the future.
