The only negative I have is dirty. I thought it was picked up that way but the truck driver said that even though this was an enclosed trailer it is not sealed and tend to pick up road dust inside. Not a big deal. I will be able to wash it when winter decides to give us a break. Now for the positives. I had contacted three brokers. One never returned my calls. The second one said it would be nearly impossible to get anyone to commit to picking the car up in Brownsville. These other two were in the top 10 ratings. Chris at Safe-Direct Car shipping said it would be hard but not impossible. He kept me up to date as to what was going on and he found someone fairly quickly. The driver would have liked to pick the car up sooner but the seller was out of town. He was flexible with his schedule, worked with the seller and managed to pick it up. The car was delivered in one piece with no damage. I couldn't ask for anymore than that. Everyone I dealt with was very curtious and proffesional. I would not hesitate to reccomend them or use them again in the future.
