We had two cars delivered from Seattle to California. Communication has been very good between the broker, the driver and us. Tom helped us figuring out the first available date for pickup. The driver called before pickup, asked our preferred pickup date and showed up on time. The driver also informed us during the transportation and delivered one day earlier. Cars arrived as expected with no damage. We're very satisfied with the whole experience and would use them again.
