Dave from safe direct was very helpful and had very handy emails that he sent throughout the quote process. All aspects of the shipping were explained fairly clearly and even answered follow up questions after the car was dropped off at destination. My car was shipped with Q-service and the drivers were very prompt, polite and accommodating. They picked up the vehicle the very first day it was available and were earlier than estimated with delivery of vehicle.
My only note would be to to not only specify availability of pick-up of vehicle but also specify a window for delivery date. My car actually arrived a day before I did and I had to make drop off arrangements with a family member. When I spoke to Dave, he informed me that had I specified a deliver after certain date, I would have been accommodated. He said the goal of the drivers is to move your vehicle as quickly as possible. All in all a complete cross country shipping (Los Angeles to Boston) in 8 days for under $1000 ($975) is pretty amazing. I would contact Safe Direct again. My car is a 2002 Dodge Neon.
