I have had many cars shipped over the past 10 years and this experience was the best I have had. I did a lot of research and decided to use Safe-direct car shipping to ship my 36 Ford hotrod because of their excellent reviews and rating with the BBB. My contact person was Tim and he was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant, answered all of my questions didn't try to over sell me. He responded to all of my phone calls and e mails in a timely manner. The original quote was I guess on the low side because it took almost 5 working days to get a shipper to accept the run and only after I agreed to increase the cost an additional $300 but I was okay with it because the price was still reasonable for an inclosed carrier. They even allowed me to ship some additional car parts that were separate from the car. The car was shipped from Bakersfield Ca, to Cleveland Oh. It took 6 days and arrived on time and in excellent condition. The driver called me 24hr before arrival and again about an hour away. The driver was very courteous and took his time in removing my car from the truck. I gave him a nice tip. I will use this broker and shipper again and highly recommend them.
