Chris was very professional and gave me wise counsel about the auto transport process and didn't put any pressure on me . I have never used an auto transport service so I was a bit fearful about shipping my car. I was in constant contact with Chris as I continued to be fearful. He consistently answered all my questions. I would use Safe-Direct again. My car was picked up on time and I received it as promised. Thanks so much Chris and Self-Direct!
