I had never shipped a vehicle prior to this one with safe direct and they were great. The first person I spoke with was David, one thing that made the process go well was he remained my contact throughout and it was very easy for me to reach him via phone or fax anytime I had a question/concern. He was clear and concise in terms of providing me the information necessary for me to fully comprehend how the shipping process works and also how the pricing works. The driver they got was solid and he came on time and delivered on time while maintaining communication during shipping. I shipped the car with items in it which was convenient for me and none of the items were lost or stolen, similarly the car was in the condition I sent it in.

In summary, I would recommend safe direct as a provider if you are shipping a vehicle. I think the biggest thing was the pickup and delivery were exactly as scheduled, which based on a lot of reviews of all different transport companies seems like it is typically a problem. Additionally as mentioned previously it was very easy to contact David with any questions/concerns which certainly provides peace of mind.
