Chris at Safe-Direct was very and patient as I had many questions because I was very nervous about the whole situation. He even sent me some tips of what to do before my car was picked up. I would recommend Safe-Direct to any of my family and friends who might need to have their car transported for any reason. Downsouth Inc. was the car transport company who actually transported the car across the country from San Jose,Ca. to Mass. It took 10 days only because there was a blizzard on the east coast and couldn't get into Mass until Sunday. The driver kept me informed as to when he expected to arrive. The driver was very friendly and professional.
