Having never moved across the country before I wasn't sure of the process involved in shipping a vehicle. Tim at Safe Direct was very helpful and patient in guiding me through each stage of the process and answering my many questions and concerns. I did encounter one problem on the day of my scheduled pickup when my assigned carrier informed me that they could not pick my car up since their carrier had "broken down" over the weekend. They failed to tell me of this fact until I called them the day of to inquire about what time they would be coming since they hadn't gotten in touch with me all weekend.

Since I was leaving for Maryland on Thursday, it was looking like I wasn't going to get my car shipped before I left. After getting in touch with Tim he promptly found me another carrier that would take my car for the same price. I really really appreciated that he went out of his way to find me another carrier because at that point not only was it going to delay my trip but I did not trust that particular carrier with my car. My car was picked up the next morning, Tuesday, and delivered to my house by Friday night.

I would highly recommend Safe Direct. Tim was extremely helpful in communicating with the carriers and when I felt uncomfortable about the carrier that was assigned to me he was very responsive and quick in finding me another one.
