I had made arrangements for the automobile of my 93 year old inlaws to be transported from New Jersey to Florida on January 10, 2013 by State-by-State (SBS) Transporters.I had expressed to them that the car must be transported on that date so that my inlaws would have transportation in Florida because they had no friends or family in the area. SBS Transporters did not pick up the car on the agreed upon date. In fact, they had not picked up the car a week later and had no idea when tranportation would be available.

I called Tim at Safe-Direct Car Shipping in a panic. My inlaws had been without transportation and were not within walking distance of grocery stores or healthcare. He immediately got to work and my inlaws car was on the way to Florida within a few days. The driver picked up the car when agreed upon and delivered it to my inlaws on the arrival date we were told.

I was thrilled with the service I received at Safe-Direct and especially with Tim. He called and emailed me to keep me up-to-date with his arrangements for the car.
