I had never shipped a car before, so I had a lot of questions. I shopped around, and found EZH
on-line. I had the good fortune of having Jason answer my original inquirey. He was professional and friendly, very helpful, and patient. We emailed back and forth several times, I had SO many questions. He took the time to explain to me without making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. Of course, price was a concern, and I found EZH to be very reasonable. ($875.00 including the deposit) Jason was upfront with me and patient as he explained the whole process to me.
Scott, the transport driver, was also professional and friendly. He, too, answered my questions without rushing me. I felt I could trust him to deliver my car in good condition. (and I love my Mustang!) He contacted me to let me know he was a few hours out, and as he got closer, he kept me informed. I was staying at a different location than I had origianally given, so Soctt arranged to meet me at a store parking lot which was only 2 minutes from where I was staying. That made it very convenient.
All in all, this was a very good experience, and I will recommend EZH to anyone who ever mentions shipping their car.
