In November of 2012 I started researching vehicle haulers. I was going to ship my sons car to California. When I filled out an inquirey on line I received so many quotes. I had never shipped a car before and was unsure what to look for. Chris, from Safe Car Direct contacted me through email with videos from the company on what to expect. I was down to 2 companies to choose from. Chris contacted me by phone to see if there was anything else I needed as far as information about the company. After checking reviews of other companies I called Chris back and decided to go with them. He notified me that a carrier was assigned,(Harbor Choice Express). I was first contacted with 1/16/2013 as a pick up date. Then it got pushed back to the 19th and then again to the 20th. My son also flew out to California on the 20th. I was hoping he'd only be without a car for a few days but looked like it'd be longer. I was pretty disappointed. To my surprise the car was delivered to my son on the morning of the 25th. Much earlier than I expected. All in all I was very pleased with the company. I would recommend them and would also use them again. Thanks again Chris
