My contact at Safe-Direct was professional and courteous. Communication was both email and telephone. The carrier selected called me to introduce herself then remained accessible to arrange pickup. The driver arrived early in order to find the destination but ate lunch giving us time to get the vehicle prepared for transport. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the transportation experience. Should I ever need a vehicle transport, I would use Safe-Direct again. It eased my mind knowing that the vehicle was insured for the transport.
