Chris at Safe Direct did an excellent job of walking me through the entirety of the process. I've used a transport service before (NOT Safe Direct) that was very shady in their approach. I actually paid a deposit prior to having a driver assigned due to my lack of knowledge pertaining to the auto transport industry. Long story short the price kept going up while my car remained at the pick up site. Needless to say I refused to pay any fluctuation in price and had to eat the cost of the deposit. Safe Direct is above and beyond highly reputable, highly regarded, and highly recommeded!
