Tim at Safe-Direct was extremely helpful and always available to talk whenever I had questions. He found me a great carrier that brought my car to Santa Monica, CA with no troubles. Tim was always prompt to return my phone calls and emails.
This is probably small and won't matter to some, but some brokers I called either had me on speaker phone or used a poor handsfree set, which made it hard to hear. Tim must be using a regular phone because it was always a clear reception on the line.
