David was honest and always returned calls promptly. I had contacted another broker who was just too smooth and probably could not deliver what he promised. The car dealer messed up and we missed the first scheduled pick up. David was cool and he found another about 3 days later. Car arrived about 3 hours after I flew in! The driver was courteous, even wiped a little dust and took time to talk. I was leery about transporting a 2012 BMW 650 conv however the experience was AA+.
