I signed up with the company on 12/21/12. I was getting nervous about not hearing anything and was asked to increase the bid by $50. I finally heard back by 12/31/12 and it cost another $50. I spoke with another company who said they would have a person within 2 days. I don't know how true that is because I did not use them. Lesson learned to contact someone early if you wnat your car across country at a certain time.
Tim was very courteous and helpful and the transporter Hank was pleasant to deal with. Once everything was set for place and date of pick up, everything ran smoothly.
