Not a good experience as expected

This was the first time I arranged to transport a car myself. I did some research and reviewed a number of companies. They were rated highly by both Transportreview.com and the Better Business Bureau. Price was increased after 2 days saying that there is no carrier to pickup and the car had to wait in the origin for 7 days after the initial pickup date.When I picked my car at destination, I found it very dirty (can be understood) and there are some damages as well. My audio player is not working and my mirror had some scratches as well

Overall I am very unhappy with the service

I'm sorry you were unhappy with the service. Your order was for cross-country transport over New Years and unfortunately there is very little availability for drivers at that time. Since most drivers prefer to celebrate that holiday, the few who will take a job can earn a premium price. We would have preferred to confirm your transport immediately and for the non-holiday rate, but that wasn't available for your move.
