-pricing was reasonable.
-promised pick up/drop off dates were honored.
-easy to contact carrier/cell phone was answered or promptly called back.
-no hidden fees or unexpected extra costs.
-my questions were answered clearly and thoroughly with safe direct.
-very simple and quick transactions during pick up and drop off.
-my only complaint would be something that's likely unavoidable: confirmation of carrier couldnt happen until ~1 week before my move (last minute/nerve wracking)...but as safe direct explained, this is unavoidable because of how the carriers arrange their schedules.
