safe direct was great. i worked with jason, who was communicative throughout. i was matched up with GEGA Transportation, which was late on pick-up. they gave me a window of 5-8pm, but no one arrived and at 9:10pm they called to say they were held up and could pick it up at midnight or early the next morning. i chose 7am, and they arrived at 6:59am. they also made up for it by delivering my car one day early. also, they were friendly and- despite the initial tardiness- easy to work with. shipping my car was stressful because i'd never done it before and didn't know what to expect. both of these companies were professional. i would trust my car with Safe direct and GEGA transportation again.
