Safe Direct employee, Jason, was VERY informative and patient. I never had the sense he was in a hurry. He was quite honest about what I could expect and what the proper procedure was to be. The carrier he found me was easily accessible and cooperative as well. My car was delivered, as promised and in the same condition it was picked up.
