Tom at Safe-Direct was terrific to work with. I had 2 vehicles that needed to be transported from Burbank CA to Chicago. Initially I was going to use another transport broker but they did not follow up, they lied to me and were trying to bill me in advance. Tom was very helpful, followed up on several occasions and only billed me when he located the truck company that was doing the pick up and delivery. The truck company was great as well; they called my cell phone and the driver made arrangements to meet us in an area that he could navigate to when he found out the residential street pick up was prohibited by his type of truck. The drop off was made earlier than promised which was great as well. I would highly commend Tom and Safe-Direct.
