As this was my first experience transporting a vehicle, it was a little more than nerve wracking for me. Tom walked me through the entire process and was always available to me throughout the transaction. If I called with questions or concerns, I had a direct line to him. Given this transport needed to occur right before Thanksgiving on short notice, I was very pleased. Would use again without reservation.
