Carrier arrived later than originally expected at pickup location, but was in phone contact every few hours to report on progress. My pickup was very time critical and I appreciated that they stayed in touch. Delivery was on time and uneventful. Everything was fine. The car was very dirty due to snowstorms en route, but I do not consider that to be an issue with the carrier. I feel the amount paid was a good value compared with driving the car myself, with gas, lodging, meals, and time off from work.
