Considering it was my first time shipping my car across the country. I was looking for a reliable shipper that gives me a realistic time frames and decent price to ship my car safely and timely. Usually I prefer direct contacts with the vendors, however with number of failed attempts to contact them. I ended up using Safe Direct who helped me find an appropriate shipper (company) to ship my car.

The overall experience was very good from the time I spoke with Tom at Safe Direct. Once I hired their services, the time frames provided were near accurate. Even the shipper (Fiver Star Logistics) were very prompt in response. I had some communication issues with the driver, however, he brought the car and delivered it safely and that's what mattered at the end.

My suggestions for people looking to ship car for the first time and are in time crunch, Use Safe Direct services and you should have pleasant experience
