Great experience using Safe-Direct.

I contacted them on a Tuesday for enclosed transport from Atlanta to Houston. By that Wednesday i had a pickup scheduled for Thursday to arrive by the weekend. Safe-Direct did their job brokering the haul.

Pickup was about 2 hours late, but in this market, i would consider that on time. I was not at the pickup as was taking from a dealership. Was told the car would arrive 3pm on Friday (24 hours after pickup). Carrier notified was running a few hours late due to highway closure and made the 6:30pm drop off.

Car was clean and secure.

Would definitely use both broker and carrier again.
