The initial call with Chris was very pleasent and helpful. He explained the entire process and put me at easy (I was so worried about shipping a car as this was the first time). Once I enter me information into the system, they quickly found the shipping vendor. The driver (Mike) was nice and realy on top of things - communicated with me all the way from picking up the car to delivery. I'll definitely use them again if I need to ship a car in the future
