This was the easiest business transaction I have ever had, Too busy to spend a lot of time but needing to get a car quickly from CA to OH, I e-mailed requests for estimates to a number of car transporting companies. David got back to me quickly with a reasonable price, was available to answer questions and set up the process efficiently and quickly, and soon thereafter gave me the name of the company moving my car as well as the name of the driver. Way before I expected it, the driver called me one evening saying he would be at my place the next day at 10 a.m. with my car. "Yeh, sure" I thought, thinking of all those times I had waited for the phone company, or plumbers, or electricians. I was prepared to wait all day and have nothing happen, but the next day, at 9:40 a.m., the driver called and said he would be at my place in about 20 minutes. At 10:01 a.m., he showed up! I was shocked - the whole process was easy and painless.
Oh by the way, several of those companies I had contacted for estimates are only now getting back to me.
