Thank you Jason and Eugene for your excellent customer service! Jason, the representative for "Safe Direct," was upfront with the cost, honest and responded to every call and/or email question. The driver for the transport company, Eugene, was friendly, honest and above all professional. A prime instance was when the Eugene was not able to contact me (I was at work), he had his wife continue calling me because he could not use the cell phone while driving on the road in California! Another instance occured when we thought Eugene as late for the delivery, he called and informed me that there was a huge car accident. I checked online, and in fact there was. Everyone was ok and the car was delivered as promised.

In addition to the excellent customer service, the cost to transport my vehicle was resonable and competitive.

Thank you Jason and Eugene for your hard work and excellent customer service.
