The man that I spoke with at Ship a Car Direct was very helpful and nice; he was able to answer any questions that I had and kept prompt communication with me. There was a mix up on the pick up date with my carrier service but it was all easily sorted out. The men that actually transported my car were very nice and open people and actually kept my car until I arrived in the city which was great.
