Driver did not call daily as represented prior to order. I was not told the cars would be picked up and then held in LA for transfer to another truck.

I had to initiate calls to the driver for progress on the transport.

On the day of delivery the driver advised a 7pm delivery and a phone call one hour prior as I had a 1 1/2 hour drive to meet him at the destination point. At 8pm I called the driver and he advised he was one hour away (by now it was dark and the drop off was in a rural area). He then called me and advised he was at the drop off area and "where was I?". He was actually 5 miles away and wanted me to meet him at his current location and allow him to drop off the cars at that area instead of completing the delivery "because it is dark and the road is getting narrow". Of course, I had no way to drive to him, take delivery of a car and an off road vehicle and drive all three vehicles 5 miles to the contracted drop off point. Finally, he agreed to complete the delivery and was abrupt, complaining and rushed in the delivery.
