I had to ship my car on short notice and so decided to get back in touch with Safe-Direct Car Shipping. I am a repeat customer and have always been really happy with their service. Even though it was a last minute order and there was some concern about when a driver would be assigned to me, Tom was very patient with me and he kept me updated. I called him a lot about changes regarding dates and contact info, and he was very nice and professional through it all. My car was picked up a day later than I expected, but it arrived early and in good condition- a little dusty but that's to be expected. If I ever have a need to ship my car, I will definitely be returning to this company!
