I spoke with David and he was very helpful! I moved from Jacksonville, Florida to Peoria, Arizona. I am a planner by nature and I called a few weeks in advance to start the process. This was my first time shipping my car so I was a little nervous. I called David a week before I was supposed to fly to Arizona and he assured me that this was the process and told me of the necessary steps that I could take (no pressure at all) to ensure that my car would be picked up on my time table. I made some of the changes to the bid and sure enough, my car was picked up when he said it would be and was safely and quickly delivered to Peoria. The only real issue that I had (which was partly my own fault) was that my battery was dead when my car arrived to Peoria. The guy that came to pick it up, didn't understand the alarm system (which was a standard Honda alarm) and I'm guessing that it went off for 2 days straight because my battary was dead dead dead. He had my phone number and could have called but I should have explained it to him before he left. In any case, I would definitely use Safe-Direct shipping again and I will refer everyone I know to David! Thanks David!!
