The best part of using Safe-direct was that I was in contact with the same person-Tom every time. I had his email and phone number. I like the fact that I did not have to explain my situation to a new representative each time! Tom gave me the driver's cell phone and the driver picked up my phone call each time and kept me informed about my expected dates of pick up and delivery. The professionalism shown by both the representative as well as the driver was superb. I went with safe-direct because they were honest about the cost as well as the pick up and delivery times. They did not try to lure me into picking their company by giving me any false information. Tom was honest upfront about the pick up and delivery times. My car actually got picked up and delivered within 4 days of my phone call which was a great surprise!! The car was not damaged, my family who was present when the driver was loading the car actually told him he was very careful with the loading process. This was my first experience with moving out of state and I will definitely use Safe direct again if I need to transport my car. There were other cheaper alternatives available but I wouldnt recommend going with a cheaper alternative just to save a few huundred dollars and give your car worth thousands of dollars to a risky company ! Thank you safe - direct !
