I had my jetta Volkswagon shipped from tampa, fl to LA, CA. I receieved my car with no damages with a day early delivery to destination. I thought the process was easy amd timly however, i had to make several calls between carriers and the broker to find out when the car was supposed be arrived so that I could picked up my car from a relatives house. Overall, i was satisfied with the service with SafeDirect.
